Girls do your investigation before starting work with Sourabh Arora and his team. Let me start from the beginning, In June 2022 I started working for Travel Links from India as a full-time employee but in 2023 I got to know that I am a freelancer why coz Owner Sourabh Arora wanted to save taxes. The first month of my job was great as I didn’t have any target as he saw me performing from the next month he put me on target and if the target was not achieved then my salary would be deducted that’s what he said. Every month I was climbing the ladder but he only paid me my 2 months of incentive and then he stopped as I was making $1200- $1300 incentives. As an Indian Boss, he did exactly the same as all other NRIs do with their staff. Let me share the incident when I was abused by the staff member (Venky) on a team meeting conference and Sourabh said that he was disturbed but if he was disturbed then Why did Sourabh ask me to say sorry to him you know very well that he owns half of your customer. You fired another staff why because he/she found out about your fraud and that you didn’t refund people’s money. I have been told by a lot of customers that your company received the money from the airline but Travel Links keeps saying that they didn’t receive the amount from their supplier. I want to highlight some points: I have a very good relationship with my ex-employers but the company (Travel Links) taught me so many things. 1. I wasn’t hired to work in the sales department but you put me in sales and you deducted my salary. 2. My last year’s commission hasn’t been released yet. 3. Saying Sorry is one of my big mistakes. Your staff blocked my GEM VISA and you deducted it from my salary because I was a highly paid employee. 4. Your staff (Venky/Venkatesh) abused me then you said to leave it and say sorry to him as a courtesy, why wasn’t he instantly dismissed? 5. Your Staff Bhupinder Singh won’t let me pick up any call and as a result of this, Travel links sales have declined. I have mentioned this many times but you haven’t taken action. 6. You made a false promise to me (to call me on a work permit to New Zealand) and Because of your promise you sent me to get a Police clearance certificate and after that you ignored it. 7. Last but not least the incidence on 09 Aug,2023, Travel Links owner Sourabh Arora misbehaved with me, I remember that day I received one more good review from our client. But after that Sourabh called me I thought he would praise me, as usually he shouts at me, and said I want to ask 3 Stupid questions and I said ok I will give you 3 stupid answers. I always followed Sourabh’s norms but all in vain because he wanted to highlight with his own brother Sameer Arora. Sourabh Arora is always talking about work ethics but he is not aware of how to talk with a lady. Guys, a lot of emails were sent to Sourabh Arora to release my pending amount($3500-$4000) with my all dues but he ignored it and hasn’t replied yet. I did my work with honesty but your behavior towards me was very harsh and unacceptable. This is not an ego problem but I have my own self-respect. One suggestion: Respect is always given and take hope you will learn, if not God is always with the right people.
