Absolutely far beyond my expectations I was in Auckland for 3weeks and last minute looked up a salon and walked in. The owner of the salon Arazu kindly asked what I was looking for I told her I was looking to get my hair toned (I wasn’t sure how it worked really and I did a bleach job at home and my natural dark brown roots had grown out) she explained to me that as a professional she would have to colour correct my hair to restore it’s health and bring it to the results I want. She booked me in for the next morning and put my deposit through she told me that it would be $250-280. The next day she was patienty waiting for me outside of the salon she greeted me and asked how I was and how I wanted my hair. I told her i wasnt very familiar with hair dying and showed her some reference photos of blonde hair with dark highlights, she told me she wasnt sure how light she could get my hair in the end results but she said she will try or atleast make it look better than it is. As a girl who loves music I love that she plays music really loud in her store she has really good music taste but also mindful of customers when it comes to phone calls or volume. Overall the whole experience was amazing both Arazu and Banaz were so gentle the whole time not once did i feel a pull or feel like i was being treated rough. I was offered a hot drink many times and it was very yummy when i finally said yes. The process took around 6hours a long time to sit but time flew by so fast for me. Overall colourcorrectng is more of a process and im not sure i thought i could achieve these results at home was really amazed at how the ladys could work on so many clients heads at once. In the end my results were far beyond my expectations absolutely beautiful. When it came to paying she explained to me that colour correcting is usually more than the usual price of just getting your hair dyed salons will sometimes charge $100 per hour depending on the extent but still was so kind enough to do her service for $280. I did have a little trouble with my after pay for like 15minutes and I was pretty stressed lol but she ensured me it was okay and to sit down and figure it out, she was so patient and kind with me and in the end it worked and we were both happy. Thank you to both beautiful ladys for the amazing service no regrets at all absolutely blessed.

Went for full head foils and it didn’t come out as promised after sitting there for over 6 hours, ended up having my clothes bleached also as they don’t use towels under the cape. The owner gets the worker to run everywhere and do everything whilst not being trained but she never uses deodorant so stinks like b.o. the next day I woke up with super Notty hair close to the scalp like never before , it was extremely sore and impossible to brush. Found out later it was over processed. Was told to go back in 4 weeks time so it can be fixed but it ended up being worse than the first time as for $200 she just coloured my whole head brown 🤦‍♀️ again I sat in the salon for 4 hours just for that because the owner that acts like she’s a manager over books and has clients waiting for hours. The owner isn’t properly trained in hair whilst her worker that does the most work isn’t qualified at all. This place needs to be shut down asap because damaging people’s hair and giving them false expectations is a scam. Sort yourself out Banaz!

Me and my sister came in and got better results as we expected . My hair doesn’t feel damaged at all , very professional and felt comfortable the whole time . The staff are amazing , didn’t rush my hair at all . Highly recommend, best Salon in Manurewa . The Manager is very open and was giving the best recommendations and advice for my hair .

What a vibe to be apart of. Went in not know what I wanted. And the ladies gave exceptional advice as to what tones/colour would suit me and my face. Professional and beautiful women who know their stuff. Get that booking in ladies, you won’t be disappointed in their work. Absolutely in love with my hair. Not to mention they squeezed me in at last minute.

After getting permanent straightening, I washed after two days as instructed and that’s when it started. My hair started falling out, when I am washing or brushing. I am still dealing with hair loss after months from my appointment with them.

I’ve been here multiple times and the customer service and cleanliness was impeccable. Very experienced and communicated with me very well on the best advice for my hair. Very accomodating. highly recommend this salon over anyone else’s in rewa!

What an awesome service I received from the 2 lovely ladies, I was greeted and attended to the minute I walked in. The service I received I rate it 5 stars, while I was waiting, I was offered a cup of coffee/ tea or fresh water. Every step of the way she explained to me what she was doing with my hair and always asked me if that was my preference and happy with it before she continued with my hair. The shop was clean and tidy, lovely music playing in the background, good practice of hygiene, both ladies had lovely manners awesome customer service. I was treated well my whole time I was there. I am most definitely going back and will be recommending Hair Creations Manurewa to all my friends and family. May I also add that there was a girl who came when they were about to close, they could have turned her away but instead they let her in and did her eyebrows for her awesome work Hair Creations Manurewa if I could give you more stars I would happily do so. Absolutely cannot recommended this salon enough. Very pleasant atmosphere, and was greeted very warmly upon my entrance. They knew what they were doing! I was thrilled to get my eyebrows done and a bang trim. I will be back for more services!

I went in for a hair trim and to get my eyebrows waxed, was very professional and even gave me tips and great advice. The studio was really clean & modern. Highly recommend this hair salon and I’ll be going back again.
