It was not a good experience

Today my mum went to get nappies for my son but the lady who served was not very friendly. When I called to ask for the price she told me 80 dollars when I actually always buy for 60. Then when I told her that the way she replied was not what I would expect from a customer service personnel. My mum was also not happy with the service, as she had a good experience last time. I am a long term customer because I buy nappies for my son for 2 years plus.. really sad to write this review.
