Wouldnt go back here ever again one filling and a clean $560 and im a pensioner ripoff to say the least my appt time was 2pm i arrived at 1.45pm the dentist sat on her phone till 2.10pm

We understand during lockdown here in AKL it can bring hard times. However don’t go taking advantage of those who are truly struggling and in pain and know that a person will do anything to get the pain to stop. I was left to believe that when all my top tooth were pulled that they were going to be replaced with dentures especially when taking out 11 teeth costed a gold mines $2300 to be exact. . Which were only for 11 teeth to be removed and a terrible experience clean of my bottom teeth which left me unable to speak clearly as my gum and cheek is left with cuts from the blade or whatever sharp object that was used in mouth. Anyhow I am left being unable to speak or eat properly because of the pain your centre had created. And the worse bit was getting told once all my teeth being taken out that the $2300 did not cover to get replacement of dentures, and with me in full on tears thinking I was going to be left toothless you were fast to ship me up and out. Leaving me feeling absolutely in distraught as I would had kept my all my teeth in and would had only taken out my back wisdom tooth. Before leaving your store with full on tears you had the cheek to tell me it would cost me $2500 to get plates done.. like are you serious.. With someone being all depressed and stuff you kick them down more by trying to get more money out of them.. Thats just pathetic a d greed.. Covid has created some very bad greedy people that will do anything and everything just to put money in their pockets. Even if it means the person they took all their teeth from may never be able to eat properly as they can’t afford $2500 to get new teeth to replace the ones you took. Terrible. I’m already looking for a way for your service centre to be investigated. As not only does my gums and cheek feel torn inside but the lady dentist seemed a little off and looked like she was on some sort of medication or had taken some drug of some sort as she wouldn’t stop moving and her feet wouldn’t keep still so I believe she shouldn’t had been working on patients for safety reasons. Because my cheek cut could had been because she was over medicated maybe…
