Town Centre Manager
The objective of the Association is to make our Town Centres vibrant and attractive places where people want to work, live, frequent, enjoy and invest in.
The focus is on making the areas of the BID attractive, connected, safe and accessible.
The Association wants people to come and visit the Town Centres, buy local in the Centres, and continue to visit there.
To do this, the Manurewa Business Association has a Town Centre Management and Ambassador Team that are responsible for the day to operations of the area.
The Association believes that this can be achieved by improving perceptions of safety and ultimately increasing the attractiveness of Manurewa through a better quality retail and service offering.
The Association also believes this will increase foot fall, promote greater economic development and improve the image of the area. For businesses, this improves profitability and for investors this means greater returns on investments and creates attractors for further investment.
